Job Description:
|
Incumbent addresses the unique needs of veterans across the full range of mental health conditions with an emphasis on Post-traumatic Stress Disorder and/or co-morbid Substance Abuse disorders. Coordinates service delivery with Primary Care/Mental Health Clinics/Domiciliary Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Programs and other related programs. Applies advanced strategies to a full range of patient problems and co-existing conditions; has advanced knowledge of culturally sensitive psychological assessment, multi-axial diagnosis, intervention, strategies and theories, techniques and programs for the treatment of clinical populations. Provides advice and consultation to professional representing a variety of disciplines. Uses data and statistical methods to evaluate program effectiveness. Training and experience in evidences based psychotherapy is an asset and highly desirable. ...
