Job Description:
|
The Charles George VA Medical Center in Asheville, NC is seeking a full-time Chief, Physician Medicine & Rehabilitation Service. Responsibilities of the position include: Board certified or board eligible Physiatrist to provide hands on clinical care and administrative oversight of all aspects of Physical Medicine Service. The Chief is a member of senior management and is actively involved in strategic planning, budget oversight, and personnel management. In the role of Chief, the incumbent works collaboratively with other administrative and clinical Service Chiefs and staff to ensure the veteran population served has access to accurate and timely laboratory services that serve to assist in diagnosing and monitoring medical conditions.
